Is your service really free?

SWITCHING

How do I get a quote?

Email or upload a recent utility bill via our contact form. We come back within 24 hours with live comparisons.

How long does a switch take?

Electricity and gas switches normally complete within 21 days. Water, broadband and card machines vary by provider — usually 2–6 weeks.

Will my supply be interrupted?

No. Switching only changes who bills you. The underlying network — pipes, cables, lines — stays exactly the same.

Can I switch if I'm already in contract?

Yes. We prepare a quote ready to lodge in your contract end window so the switch happens automatically when you're free to move.

What if I've gone past my renewal date?

You'll be on expensive 'out-of-contract' rates. Get in touch today — we'll move you onto a fair contract immediately.
